Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded Al Nasr Contracting Company an AED169m ($46m) contract to deliver internal roadworks and essential utilities for Bay Villas at Dubai Islands.
The scope of the contract covers access roads across the 636-unit residential community and the installation of utility services to connect homes, public areas and the wider island infrastructure.
The works represent a critical step in the build-out of the new neighbourhood, part of Nakheel’s sequencing approach to combine preparatory and infrastructure delivery for consistent long-term outcomes.
