Dubai real estate firm HRE Development has officially launched Sakura Gardens, a new resort-style, low-rise residential community in Falcon City of Wonders.

Positioned within Dubailand’s expanding lifestyle corridor, the project aims to meet rising demand for spacious, nature-centric neighbourhoods offering strong rental appeal and long-term investment potential.

Sakura Gardens blends contemporary architecture with wellness-led design across 49,000 sqm of land and 127,500 sqm of refined living space.

According to HRE Development, the project is inspired by the tranquillity of the Sakura, or cherry blossom, the development is designed as a “living sanctuary” where daily life moves between lush gardens, serene courtyards and vibrant community spaces.

Wissam Breidy, CEO of HRE Development, said: “Sakura Gardens rewards balance while providing an investment opportunity in Dubai’s new lifestyle belt. Here, peace does not mean isolation; it means being close to the city while nurturing a connection to oneself.”

Rising demand for low-rise communities

Located in Dubailand — a district known for its space, greenery and balanced living — Sakura Gardens enters the market as families and professionals increasingly seek alternatives to crowded tower districts.

HRE Development says the shift toward low-rise, nature-first planning continues to strengthen. The project also arrives at a time when such communities are offering higher rental returns than saturated core districts, supported by expanding infrastructure and emerging lifestyle anchors.

127,500 sqm of car-free living

Planned across 49,000 sqm of land, the development delivers 127,500 sqm of refined, low-rise living that integrates contemporary architecture with a lush, car-free central park.

The layout promotes well-being, belonging and a sense of natural calm.

The community will feature a full range of property types — including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and townhomes — targeting diverse lifestyles and family needs.

Sakura Gardens is curated around six pillars intended to support holistic, modern living:

  • Wellness sanctuary
  • Fitness and active living
  • Social and creative spaces
  • Resort and leisure experiences
  • Nature and outdoor escapes
  • Smart and sustainable comfort

Together, these pillars support a way of life characterised by a gentle pace, lush landscapes and resort-style serenity.
