Diriyah Company has unveiled 239 premium homes at Cityscape Global 2025, marking the first residential release within its flagship Media and Innovation District.
The new Manazel AlHadawi properties form part of the $63.2bn (SR236.96bn) Diriyah masterplan, one of the world’s largest urban development projects.
The launch includes one-bedroom studio apartments, two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes, and four-bedroom duplex units, with prices starting from SR1.6m ($426,666).
Diriyah Company in Saudi Arabia
Diriyah Company said the homes blend traditional Najdi architectural themes with contemporary design, delivering living spaces that honour Saudi heritage while offering a modern, premium experience.
The properties are designed to meet the needs of media and technology professionals working in the new district, as well as families seeking high-quality homes in Diriyah.
Once completed, Diriyah will include more than 18,000 residential units for more than 100,000 residents, inspired by the architectural traditions of the birthplace of the first Saudi state.
Diriyah Company Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo said: “Manazel AlHadawi represents a pivotal milestone in Diriyah Company’s journey, as it is a fully in-house residential development that reflects the maturity of our capabilities and the strength of our integrated, urban ecosystem.
“It embodies our commitment to delivering premium homes that capture the authentic spirit of Diriyah while offering an elevated, modern living experience rooted in quality, design excellence, and a deep sense of place.
“This new chapter reaffirms that Diriyah is a testament to our history, and a living vision for the future: a future that continues to set new benchmarks for world-class, people-focused urban living.”
