Aman Group will open a new property under its lifestyle brand Janu on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, expanding its presence in the Gulf following the debut of Janu Tokyo in 2024.
Janu Al Marjan Island will include a 132-room hotel and branded residences designed by Singapore-based SCDA Architects. The project forms part of Aman Group’s broader pipeline for the Middle East, which also includes Janu Dubai and a planned property in Saudi Arabia.
The development will feature a wellness centre with a yoga studio, gym, banya and hammam, as well as two restaurants, a mixology bar, a nightlife venue and a Kids’ Club. The hotel will have direct beach access, a Beach Club and pool.
An adjacent residential tower will include one to five-bedroom Janu Residences and standalone villas, giving owners access to the resort’s amenities. The property will be located near Wynn Al Marjan Island and the island’s marina.
“Ras Al Khaimah is rapidly emerging as one of the Middle East’s most captivating destinations, making it a natural home for our next Janu property,” said Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO of Aman Group.
“Janu Ras Al Marjan Island will offer a vibrant setting where like-minded individuals can connect through shared experiences, immerse themselves in the region’s striking natural beauty, and embrace the brand’s spirited approach to contemporary, connected living.”
