SAAS Properties unveils The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Abu Dhabi

Date:

SAAS Properties has unveiled The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, during Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2025, marking the developer’s latest move in shaping the capital’s luxury real estate landscape.

As the event’s exclusive real estate partner, SAAS used the platform to highlight its expanding portfolio and outline its plans for the next phase of growth in the UAE’s residential market.

The announcement was confirmed through a signing ceremony with Marriott International, marking the latest step in a broader collaboration on branded residential projects. It follows earlier launches this year, including The St. Regis Residences on Al Maryah Island and Seamont, Autograph Collection Residences on Al Reem Island.

New Ritz-Carlton Residences unveiled

SAAS said the new Ritz-Carlton branded project reflects its core philosophy of thoughtful design, quality-driven development and curated lifestyle experiences. The move also strengthens its presence in Abu Dhabi’s premium waterfront districts at a time when real estate continues to fuel major sectors of the national economy, including construction, tourism and finance.

Karim Nasser, Marketing Director at SAAS Properties, said: “Our participation in Abu Dhabi Finance Week highlights SAAS Properties’ commitment to shape the future of luxury living in the UAE.

“Abu Dhabi is experiencing an exciting period of opportunities, and our collaboration with Marriott International on The St. Regis Residences, Seamont, Autograph Collection Residences, and now The Ritz-Carlton Residences, proves our continuous efforts in setting new standards in luxury living. With our latest reveal, we are now accepting expressions of interest for the Ritz-Carlton project, inviting discerning buyers and investors to be part of this landmark development.”

Jaidev Menezes, RVP for Mixed-Use Development, EMEA at Marriott International, added: “We are thrilled to continue our collaboration with SAAS Properties on their third standalone branded residential development. SAAS are visionary developers bringing the trailblazing legacy and gracious service of The Ritz-Carlton brand to the premium Al Maryah Island.”

With its latest branded addition, SAAS continues to build a diverse high-end collection of residential and mixed-use projects across the capital. The company said its commitment to world-class partnerships and design excellence will remain central as it works to further enrich Abu Dhabi’s luxury property offering.
