Ras Al Khaimah real estate surges as Mondrian Al Marjan Island hits $192m sales in two hours

Date:

The Ras Al Khaimah luxury real estate market has recorded one of its strongest launches to date, with the Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences achieving AED704m ($192m) in sales in just two hours.

The impressive performance follows ELEVATE’s high-profile launch event at Atlantis The Royal on November 26.

More than 200 units were acquired almost immediately by investors and homeowners, making the project one of the emirate’s fastest-selling developments.

Branded real estate in Ras Al Khaimah

ELEVATE confirmed that the final 100 units will be released soon to meet continued demand.

Valued at AED1.8bn ($491m), the development is being delivered in partnership with Ennismore. Designed by global firms Gensler and Bergman Design House, the project aims to establish a new benchmark for branded beachfront living through its combination of bold architecture and immersive design.

Zeeshaan Shah, Founder and Chairman of ELEVATE, said: “The incredible demand we witnessed, selling over AED700m in just two hours, is a powerful validation of our vision for Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences.

“We didn’t just launch a building; we introduced a new standard of lifestyle that resonates deeply with global investors. This rapid absorption proves that Ras Al Khaimah is no longer just an emerging market; it is a prime destination for luxury real estate.”

Upcoming phase

The next release will include the development’s three signature product tiers:

  • The Residences: 1 to 3-bedroom apartments
  • The Front Row Collection: Exclusive beachfront townhouses with direct beach access
  • The Sky Collection: Duplex and triplex sky villas featuring private pools

Residents will be located near the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island and will have access to more than 60,000 sq. ft. of amenities, including the Mondrian Sky Club, the region’s first Fi’lia Beach, and Accor Platinum Status benefits worldwide.

Construction is progressing, with completion set for Q4 2028.
