Shamal Holding, the Dubai-based diversified investment firm behind some of the city’s most recognisable destinations, has announced The Dubai Beach EDITION, a landmark beachfront resort and residence project at Dubai Harbour that brings together luxury hospitality and coastal living within a single architectural vision.
Developed by H&H and designed by renowned architecture firm RSHP (Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners), the project will include the first EDITION Branded Residences in the Middle East and the brand’s first beachfront resort in the UAE. Completion is scheduled for 2029.
The development features 165 private residences spread across four low-rise pavilions, offering residents exclusive beach access and panoramic views of Dubai Harbour, the shoreline, and the city skyline.
Residents will have access to a curated selection of amenities, including private beaches, landscaped gardens, infinity pools, lounges, art spaces, restaurants, co-working areas, and a wellness club complete with spa, gym, and treatment rooms.
Two- to four-bedroom homes, ranging from 1,450 to 3,770 square feet, will reflect EDITION’s signature style of understated luxury, intuitive living, and personalised service.
Adjacent to the residences, The Dubai Beach EDITION hotel will offer 185 rooms and suites, with dining, social, and wellness experiences designed to complement the brand’s ethos of creativity, craftsmanship, and contemporary hospitality. Distinct resident-only areas will ensure privacy and exclusivity for homeowners.
